PRACTICAL INFORMATION

An enjoyable and successful visit requires that you dress properly.

Clothing tips:
Dress for the weather! In winter temperatures may drop to minus 15˚C, and the wind factor may make it feel even colder. Even by the fire of our lavvo it may be rather cool, so good warm footwear is essential.

We recommend:

  • Wool or thermal underwear
  • One or two middle layers of wool or fleece
  • Warm outerwear: down or special thermal clothing. Water-/windproof jacket when needed
  • A good warm hat and warm mittens or gloves
  • Good warm footwear

Other: Feel free to bring a headlamp – and remember your camera!
